Which professions does CredTally support?
Any licensed profession with continuing-education requirements: nurses, insurance producers, real estate agents, electricians, CPAs, counselors, engineers, cosmetologists, and more. You define the license, cycle, and hour requirements — CredTally does the math.
Does CredTally track more than CE hours?
Yes. Beyond continuing-education credits, the Credential Vault tracks anything that expires — BLS, ACLS, CPR, TB tests, immunizations, DEA registration, malpractice/E&O, board certifications, and memberships — each with its own expiry reminder. The free plan includes two; Pro makes it unlimited.
Does CredTally know my state's CE rules automatically?
Not yet. You enter the requirements from your board's renewal notice once (total hours plus any sub-requirements like ethics), and CredTally tracks everything against them. Most boards publish these on a single page — it takes about a minute.
What happens to my certificates?
They are stored privately and encrypted at rest. Only you can access them, via short-lived signed links. Download any of them — or the whole audit packet — whenever you want. Your data is never sold or shared.
What does the audit export include?
A one-click PDF packet: a summary page with your license details, total and per-requirement hour status, and a dated log of every course — followed by every certificate you uploaded, in completion-date order. Exactly what auditors ask for.
Can I share proof of my credentials?
Yes — Pro includes a credentialing packet (a single PDF for HR or a new assignment), a résumé-ready "Licenses & Certifications" block to paste into LinkedIn, and an opt-in public verified profile with a QR code that shows your current credentials — status only, never documents or ID numbers.
Can I track more than one license?

Can I cancel anytime?
