Team plan questions
How does billing work?
Two options. Per-seat is $4.50 per active member per month, billed to you, with a 10-seat minimum ($45/mo). Or buy a lifetime license once for $5,000 — unlimited seats, forever, no renewals. Either way, every active member gets full Pro.
Can members see each other’s data?
No. Members never see other members. Only admins see compliance, and only at the level each member consented to when they joined (compliance status, or full access).
What exactly can an admin see?
For every member: a readiness score, license renewal deadlines, and what’s overdue or expiring. For members who chose “full access,” also their credentials and documents. Members who chose “compliance only” keep their individual documents and private health credentials private — you still see their status and deadlines.
What counts as a seat?
An active member who has accepted their invite. Pending invites don’t count until accepted. On the per-seat plan you set the seat count (10+); on lifetime there’s no limit.
Can I change plans or seat count later?
Yes. Adjust seats anytime (prorated by Stripe), or move to lifetime when it makes sense. Manage everything from your team page and the Stripe billing portal.
